Certification is optional and separate from every licence: $649 per teacher, or $549 a seat for schools certifying three or more, only for teachers who want the credential. All prices are launch pricing, in US dollars. Every licence is per named teacher seat; whole-school and multi-school licences are quoted on the number of teachers who will use Campus.

Buying for a school.

Can we pay by purchase order?

Yes. School and whole-school licences are invoiced; send a purchase order or ask for a quote and we will raise the invoice. Teacher licences are card only.

We have two teachers. Which licence?

Two Teacher licences cost $358; the School licence is $899 for up to six seats, paid by invoice, and adds seat management and the curriculum-lead pack. A seventh teacher and beyond is $129 a seat. Most schools with two or more teachers take the School licence so the seats and the renewal sit with the school, not with individual cards.

What happens when a teacher leaves?

On a School licence, reassign the seat to their replacement from seat management. The departed teacher keeps their own account and any certification, but loses access to the library until they hold a seat again.

Do you offer multi-year terms?

Yes, on School and whole-school licences: two- and three-year terms at a discount, on one invoice or annual invoices. Ask for a quote.

Why is there no fixed whole-school price?

Because schools vary from eight teachers to eighty. A whole-school licence is priced on the number of teachers who will use Campus, as named seats the school manages, so you pay for the staff you have and access ends when someone leaves. Ask for a quote with your teacher count and we reply within one working day.

Is pricing the same in every country?

Yes. Prices are in US dollars everywhere; if your school needs to be invoiced in another currency, say so on the quote form.

How does the monthly option work?

Monthly is priced per year group: $17.99 a month opens this term’s Entrepreneur Hub and Design Futures project for one year group, with downloads. Add a second year group for another $17.99. Teaching three or four year groups? The annual licence at $179 covers all four and works out cheaper from the third month. Next term’s project opens four weeks before term on both, so you can plan ahead; the current one closes when the new term starts.

Does the trial need a card?

No. The 7-day trial needs a school email address only, and ends by itself.
