Campus is sold to schools, not to individual teachers: every teacher in the department works from the same library and the school holds one renewal. Certification is optional and separate from every subscription: $795 per teacher, or $649 a seat for schools certifying three or more, only for teachers who want the credential. All prices are launch pricing, in US dollars. School groups and multi-school trusts are priced by quote.

Questions

Buying for a school.

I’m a teacher. Can I subscribe on my own?

No. Campus is sold to schools, so that every teacher in the department works from the same library and the school holds the renewal. Start the free trial, then send the request with your school’s details and we send the quote to your head of department or business manager; most schools are invoiced within a week. If you move school, your account and any certification move with you.

How do you count school size?

By the number of students in Years 8 to 11 (ages 13 to 17), the four year groups Campus covers, not the whole school: Small is up to 300, Medium 301 to 800, Large over 800. Tell us the number on the request form; we take your word for it, and a school that grows moves band at its next renewal.

Can we pay by purchase order?

Yes. School subscriptions are invoiced; send a purchase order or the request form and we will raise the invoice.

We have two teachers. Which subscription?

The same School subscription: it is priced by the size of the school, not by the number of teachers, so two teachers or twenty pay the same and every colleague can join. A small school with two teachers on one programme pays $1,500 a year.

What happens when a teacher leaves?

On a School subscription, remove them from teacher management and their replacement joins with a school email address; there is no seat count. The departed teacher keeps their own account and any certification, but loses access to the library until they are on a subscription again.

Do you offer multi-year terms?

Yes, on School subscriptions: two- and three-year terms at a discount, on one invoice or annual invoices. Say so on the request form.

What is the difference between one programme and both?

Only what your teachers can teach. One programme opens either Entrepreneurship or Creative Design for the whole school, all four year groups; both opens the complete library, and any new programme we release is added to it while you subscribe.

How are school groups priced?

By arrangement. Tell us the schools in the group, and the programmes you want, on the request form and we reply within one working day with a proposal on one invoice.

Is pricing the same in every country?

Yes. Prices are in US dollars everywhere; if your school needs to be invoiced in another currency, say so on the quote form.

Does the trial need a card?

No. The 7-day trial needs a school email address only, and ends by itself.
