On a licence, the next term’s project for each year group unlocks four weeks before the term starts, so you can plan it; the current term’s project stays open until the new term begins. Every project’s plan and Lesson 1 are always open to read.
No: a seat is one teacher’s log-in. A School licence has six seats to assign, plus any additional seats you add; a whole-school licence is sized to your staff list.

Yes. The rubric and criteria are in the teacher guide, so you can record judgements wherever your school keeps them. The tracker is there to save you building one.
